1) PriceMiner® collects personal information when you register
with us, when you use PriceMiner® services, when you visit
PriceMiner® pages or the pages of certain PriceMiner®
partners, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. PriceMiner®
may combine information about you that we have with information
we obtain from business partners or other companies.
2) When you register to buy items on the site we ask for information
such as your name, address, email address, phone number, user name,
credit card information and notification preferences. Once you register
with PriceMiner® and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous
to us.
3) PriceMiner® collects information about your searches.
4) PriceMiner® automatically receives and records information
on our server logs from your browser, including PriceMiner®
cookie information. PriceMiner® uses two types of cookies,
transient and persistent, to recognize our members and remember
lists and analyses. PriceMiner® uses transient cookies to provide
continuity from page to page. Within a single visit, these cookies
store information such as your session and analysis. They do not
contain any personally identifiable information. PriceMiner®
uses persistent cookies to identify members after the first visit.
These cookies remain on the hard drive of a PC and allow a user
to be recognized when entering our site. To access any secure areas
such as your account information, you must still enter your password.

and still view the site. The cookie itself does not tell us who

5) PriceMiner® uses your information for the following general
purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill
your requests for improve our services, contact you, conduct research,
and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.

1) PriceMiner® does not sell, or share personal information
about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except under
the following circumstances:
a) We provide limited information to trusted partners who work
on behalf of or with PriceMiner® under confidentiality agreements.
These companies may use your personal information to help PriceMiner®
communicate with you about offers from PriceMiner® and our
partners. However, these companies do not have any independent right

investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities,
suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to any person,
violations of PriceMiner® terms of use, or as otherwise required

by or merged with another company. In this event, PriceMiner®
will notify you if information about you is transferred and becomes

PriceMiner® shall have the right to retain records of all information
including input, and searches pertaining to your access to the site.
PriceMiner® will not, however: (i) disclose such data, or identification
of you to any third parties unless such data is grouped with other
clients’ data and is presented in an aggregate form, or in
the event that you specifically authorize such release. PriceMiner®
shall use commercially reasonable efforts so that such aggregate
form does not permit the recipient to identify you or any of the
specific information you request. In the event PriceMiner®
discloses such data to any third party, we shall make a good faith
effort to ensure that your name and other personal information cannot
be deduced by such third parties from such disclosed data.
Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information
and Preferences
1) You can edit your PriceMiner® Account Information, including
your preferences, at any time by logging into your account.
2) We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating
to the PriceMiner® service, such as service announcements and
administrative messages that are considered part of your PriceMiner®
account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving
them. We will endeavor to limit this to only messages that we deem
necessary for the usage of your account. Buyers can delete their
accounts by contacting support@PriceMiner.com,
or by logging into their account area.
Confidentiality and Security
1) We limit access to personal information about
you to employees who we believe reasonably need
to come into contact with that information in
order to do their jobs.
2) We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that
comply with federal regulations to protect personal information
about you.
3) Your PriceMiner® Account Information is password-protected.
4) In certain areas PriceMiner® uses industry-standard SSL-encryption
to protect data transmissions.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
1) PriceMiner® may update this policy. We will notify you about
significant changes in the way we treat personal information by
sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your
PriceMiner™ account or through our email notifications.
